Fertigreen Lawn Fertiliser with Entec 25KG
Fertigreen Pasture Fertiliser is a unique NPK fertiliser developed in collaboration with Entec Fertiliser Technologies. This balanced NPK fertiliser uses Entec's environmentally friendly fertilisation technique. The nitrogen is released into the soil in an environmentally conscious manner and according to the needs of the grass. Horses and other grazers can return to the pasture quickly after spreading to enjoy the grass.
Sustainable fertilisation technology from Entec
Fertigreen's balanced NPK 8-6-14 fertiliser has the quality you expect from Fertigreen, with the added benefit of Entec technology. The gradual release of the NPK substances ensures that the grass does not experience a growth spurt. A growth spurt results in a low protein content in the grass, but instead, the gradual release ensures gradual and even growth. This keeps the protein content in the grass high. This makes the pasture ideal for grazing and mowing. In addition, the Entec® nitrogen is better utilised, which means savings on nitrogen fertilisation and even eliminates the need for a third annual application.
Pasture fertiliser with even more benefits
In addition to a balanced NPK ratio, Fertigreen Pasture Fertiliser also contains extra magnesium, sodium and sulphur. Magnesium serves as a building block for chlorophyll, stimulating its production and functioning. This makes internal processes such as photosynthesis more efficient. The extra sulphur ensures the production of high-quality proteins and also makes nitrogen utilisation even more efficient. Sodium promotes animal health. Although it has no effect on grass yield, it does make the grass more palatable and therefore improves the dry matter intake of grass and/or grass silage. In dairy cattle, the sodium content of the grass contributes to higher milk and fat production and prevents cribbing and reduced condition.
Dosage
The dosage for fertilisation always depends on the intensity with which the soil is used and the soil conditions. General recommendations for both intensive and extensive use apply.
Sowing recommendation for intensive use:
- 400-500 kg/ha or 400-500 grams/100 m² for the first application in March/April
- 200-300 kg/ha or 200-300 grams/100 m² for the second application in June/July
Sowing advice for extensive use:
- 600 kg/ha or 600 grams/100 m² in March/April
Composition:
- [N] Nitrogen 8%
- [P] Phosphorus 6%
- [K] Potassium 14%
- (MgO) Magnesium oxide 3%
