What is Nitrogen Plus N23?
Fertigreen Nitrogen Plus N23 is a universal nitrogen fertiliser that focuses on the nitrogen requirements of grass or perennials. This fertiliser contains no less than 23% nitrogen. Nitrogen is one of the three most important elements that plants need for good growth and rich flowering. Nitrogen is mainly used in plants for the production of important proteins. That is why nitrogen is also called one of the building blocks of nature. By applying a nitrogen boost, you accelerate growth, allowing the plant to grow even faster and more abundantly.
In addition to nitrogen, Nitrogen Plus N23 also contains a large proportion of sulphur. Sulphur has a similar function to nitrogen and contributes to protein production in the plant. The combination of nitrogen and sulphur ensures rapid growth of grasses and perennials. The addition of magnesium in this composition stimulates the production of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll gives the lawn or meadow a clear and deeper colour. It also stimulates the photosynthesis process, during which sugars are produced in the grass. In meadows, this makes the grass even more palatable!

How do I apply Nitrogen Plus N23?
The nitrogen fertiliser granules can be spread over the area to be fertilised by hand or with a spreader. It is always recommended to follow the instructions on the packaging for the best results. However, the general dosages for use on pastures, ornamental gardens, vegetable gardens and lawns are as follows:
Pasture:
50-70 grams per square metre or 100-200 kilograms per hectare.
Lawn and ornamental garden:
50-100 grams per square metre or 5-10 kilograms per 100 square metres.
Vegetable gardens:
100-150 grams per square metre or 10-15 kilograms per 100 square metres.
